FINZEP API TECHNICAL GUIDE#
Important Information for API Clients:#
- For any support with API integration, please contact us via email.
- For commercial inquiries, reach out to your Account Manager Admin at 9151838537.
- Before making any API calls, ensure that you add your Request IP to the Portal and send an approval request from your registered email ID.
- Always mention your UserID/Login ID in the subject line of the email.
- Please avoid copying and pasting API logs in the email body, as this can cause mail delivery issues. Instead, attach the API logs in a text file.
Important Notes for Payouts:#
- We provide a Master IFSC Code for every bank in our list, which is accurate as per our source. However, we recommend verifying the IFSC code directly with the bank before initiating any payment. Alternatively, you may use another IFSC master data source.
- Note: Payments will be credited based on the IFSC code and bank account number, not on the bank name or bank ID.
- IMPS and UPI payments may be in a pending state for up to T+2 working days. This occurs because NPCI marks these payouts as "deemed successful" or "deemed approved."
- NEFT payments may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 48 hours to be credited into the beneficiary’s account. You can track the status of transactions using the Transaction Status Check API.
