- If required any support regarding API integration, please send mail to.
- For Commercial related issue, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
- Before call of any API, add your Request IP in Portal and mail us at from your
Registered mail ID for Approval. - Please mention your UserID/Login Id always in mail subject.
- Please do not copy paste API Logs in mail description, this will cause mail delivery failure.
So please always send API logs in attached text file. - Please note that our API responses are case-insensitive.
- If the response contains any undefined structure, status code, error code, or message, do not update the transaction. Keep the transaction in a pending state, and verify its final status from the dashboard. Note that the response keys and values may appear in any case format (uppercase, lowercase, or camelCase).
